Centralised Vacuum Cleaning Systems

Centralised Vacuum Cleaner
A Centralised vacuum cleaning system cuts costs by reducing cleanup time and reclaiming valuable materials. This versatile vacuum system can be used to pick up any material that will flow through a hose. With its long reach and powerful suction, the system cleans out deep pits, dust elevators and other hard-to-reach spots.

The system also has been proven to reduce power consumption. In fact, most CV Systems pay for themselves in less than six months through reduced labour costs and reclaimed materials. Units are available with capacities up to one hundred tons per hour, conveying distance up to 2000' [610m], and motors from 10-300 HP.

Manifold Systems for Plant Wide Cleaning

On a Production line, a manifold system can clean residue material from moulds, pick up chips or spills etc. Inlets can be adapted to production machinery such as cutting heads etc.
An intercept hopper can be used to reclaim collected material. Most material drops out of the air stream into the hopper. Dust and fines continue upstream and are collected at the "Power head".
A manifold system is ideal for cleaning out several rail cars, trucks or barges at the same time.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Pneumatic Conveying Systems allow for unloading hopper cars and other bulk transporters without the need for a pit. Conveying capacities up to 200 tons per hour are available, depending on the material.

The purpose of the Pneumatic Conveying system, is to ensure that materials are conveyed in a contained environment, utlising air to do so, and avoiding spillage. This is normally done by moving residue or in process materials through a totally enclosed pipeline, in a clean, contained stream of air generated by a pump.

There are various types of Pneumatic Conveying Systems as per below:

1) Lean Phase Conveying System 2) Dense Phase Conveying System
