We are one of the market leaders in dust and fume extraction and are seeking an outstanding estimator to work with our Sales and Design Departments in tendering to win new business and to help evaluate the different quotes for dust and fume systems. We want someone who has plenty of initiative, is goal orientated, keen to work with a team and has the drive to get the work in through the door.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience in the ventilation industry, preferably with further experience in Dust and Fume Systems and Ducting
- Proven track record of pricing and successful awarding of projects
- Good eye for detail and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Have an excellent understanding of specs and plans
- Proficiency with MS office computer application
- Able to deal with suppliers and clients
- Excellent time and management skills
- Must be flexible

General Overview of Position:
Responsible for estimating and preparing component lists in conjunction with our Sales and Design
Departments in tendering to win new business and to
help evaluate the different quotes for dust and fume
systems. We want someone who has plenty of initiative,

Managing Director,
National Sales Manager, Western Australia
Position / People responsible for:
Key areas of responsibility:
. Prepare detailed component listings from both Cad Drawings and Hand drawn sketches.
. Estimate time for installation - How many men, hours and pricing of jobs.
. Reporting to Managing Director and Sales Manager on the progress of quotations Etc.
Key tasks:
. Develop component listings from Cad Drawings and hand drawn sketches.
. Prepare full quote calculations and costings in a timely manner.
. Visit, measure up and quote equipment and systems with clients
. Visiting of specialist consultants, as required
. Reporting and feedback of progress.
. Preparing budgetary Quotations
. Resolving customer issues
Skills required:
. Experience in the ventilation industry, preferably with Dust & Fume systems and ducting.
. Current Drivers License
. Proven track record of pricing and successful awarding of projects.
. Good eye for detail & problem solving skills
. Understanding of industry basics
. Have an excellent understanding of specifications and plans.
. Proficiency with MS Office computer applications.
. Excellent time and management skills
. Must be flexible
